Beet Root Soup

Cooking Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
1 Big sized Beet Root
3-4 medium sized Tomatoes
1 small sized Potato
1 medium sized Onion
2-3 Cloves
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
Salt to taste
For Tempering:-
Cumin Seeds
Finely chopped Onions
1 tbsp boiled Corn
1 tsp Ghee or Butter
Rock salt to taste
Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Sugar
Procedure:-
For Soup
Take all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook for 15-20 mins.
Blend the mixture and sieve it.
Tempering:-
Take Ghee or Butter in a pan.
Add Cumin Seeds and saute Onions.
Add boiled Corn and then remaining ingredients.
Add this tempering to the sieved pulp i.e the Soup.
Serve with fresh Cream or fried diced Bread and Mint leaves
